Do I need a plan?
Yes, without a platform the tracker shows nothing. Navi.zone Base is ≈ 449 UAH a year per vehicle, bought in the app via App Store or Google Play, 7 days free. Fuel from a level sensor is on Navi.zone Business. For CAN, SENT and tachographs there is Wialon at 195 UAH a month.
How long does installation take?
30⁠–⁠60 minutes per car. The installer hides the tracker and checks the connection with you. Or fit it yourself or at a garage; we ship it preconfigured by Nova Poshta.
Which SIM card do I need?
For Navi.zone Base and Pro, your own SIM from any carrier; we set the tracker up for it. For Navi.zone Business, it depends on the plan: yours or from GPSka.
What warranty?
Manufacturer warranty on the tracker and 14-⁠day returns.
