Storage at Nova Poshta
- The parcel waits at the branch for 7 calendar days from arrival.
- Longer storage can be ordered directly from Nova Poshta.
- If the parcel isn’t collected within 7 days, it comes back to us and a manager will contact you.
- With an automatic return you may need to cover delivery both ways.
- Track your parcel by the waybill number and collect it on time.

Can I pay for Navi.zone on the site?
No. You buy Navi.zone Base and Pro in the Navi.zone app via the App Store or Google Play. On the site you pay for the tracker, installation and Wialon.
When will you ship my order?
After payment arrives. The manager confirms the dispatch date; delivery time depends on Nova Poshta.
Can I pay by card or on delivery?
No. We work by bank transfer: we send a VAT invoice to a person, sole trader or company, payable to our IBAN from any bank.
