This contract is a public offer by MONITORLEND LLC (the Seller) to conclude a contract for the sale of goods and provision of services on the terms below. By placing an order on gpska.ua the buyer accepts these terms.
1.Parties
Seller: MONITORLEND LLC, EDRPOU code 39134002, address 3 D. Monastyrskoho St, Kyiv. Buyer: an individual, sole proprietor or legal entity that placed the order.
2.Subject
Sale of GPS tracking hardware, installation and setup services, and access to the Wialon or Navi.zone Business platform on the chosen plan.
3.Placing an order
Via the cart on the site, by phone or in a messenger. A manager confirms availability, delivery and payment.
4.Conclusion of the contract
An order on the site, in a messenger or by phone is a request. The Seller sends an invoice listing the goods and services, prices incl. VAT and the payment deadline. The contract is concluded when the invoice is paid. The price is fixed in the invoice.
5.Prices and payment
Prices on the site are in hryvnias incl. VAT. Payment methods — see Payment and delivery. Navi.zone Base and Pro subscriptions are paid in the app under App Store and Google Play rules and are not covered by this contract.
6.Delivery and installation
By Nova Poshta or with a technician visit. Times — see Payment and delivery. The installer call-out fee is agreed with the manager before installation.
7.Lead times under martial law
Dispatch, delivery and installation times are approximate and confirmed by the manager. Delays caused by martial law, shelling, power outages or the carrier are not a breach of contract. If the lead time does not suit you, you can cancel the order and get your payment back.
8.Ownership and risk
Pass to the Buyer when the goods are received at the carrier’s branch or from the installer.
9.Wialon and Navi.zone Business subscriptions
Paid per period by the Seller’s invoice. Access continues after the next period is paid; without payment access is suspended until payment arrives.
10.Returns and exchange
14 days from receipt of the goods on the terms of Exchange and returns.
11.Withdrawal (for consumers)
A consumer may return goods of proper quality within 14 days of receipt on the terms of Exchange and returns. Installation can be cancelled before it starts. Installation carried out with the consumer’s consent cannot be returned.
12.Warranty
Hardware warranty — 12 months from receipt, unless the product page or warranty card states a longer term. There is no separate warranty period for installation; the Seller fixes installation faults it caused free of charge. Details — see Warranty.
13.Liability
The parties are liable for breach of this agreement under the laws of Ukraine. The Seller is not liable for mobile operators, the App Store, Google Play or third-party platforms.
14.Claims and disputes
We accept claims in writing: info@gpska.ua, Viber +380 67 828 16 13 or by post to 3 D. Monastyrskoho St, Kyiv. We reply within 14 days. Disputes are settled by negotiation or, failing that, in court under the laws of Ukraine. Consumers may also contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
15.Personal data
Processed in accordance with User agreement and personal data policy.
16.Version
Version of 21 October 2026. The Seller may amend this offer; a paid order is governed by the version in force on the invoice date.
