BI 522L TREK setup and connection guide

Connection

1. Insert the SIM card: make sure the SIM is activated and supports GPRS, then insert it into the tracker's slot.
2. Connect power: connect the tracker to a power source (9 V to 36 V) for stable operation.
3. Check the LEDs: make sure the LEDs show normal operation, indicating the tracker is active.

Setup

1. Connect to a computer: connect the device to a computer with a suitable cable.
2. Install the software: download and install the configuration software from the manufacturer's website.
3. Configure the device: open the software, select the COM port the tracker is connected to and click "Connect". Set the device parameters to suit your needs.
4. Save the settings: when you have finished, save the configuration and disconnect the tracker from the computer.

Use

• Real-⁠time tracking: connect the tracker to a monitoring system over GPRS and track your vehicle's location in real time.
• SMS commands: send commands to the tracker by SMS, for example to request the current coordinates or change settings.
