The BI 522L TREK is a reliable, high-precision tracker for monitoring vehicle location and parameters in real time. Its accuracy and reliability make it a great fit for both private and commercial use.
The device determines the position of a moving object, receives information from connected sensors and sends the data over the mobile network. It is designed for installation in vehicles to:
- determine geographic coordinates, speed and direction of travel;

BI 522L TREK setup and connection guide
Connection
- Insert the SIM card: make sure the SIM is activated and supports GPRS, then insert it into the tracker's slot.
- Connect power: connect the tracker to a power source (9 V to 36 V) for stable operation.
- Check the LEDs: make sure the LEDs show normal operation, indicating the tracker is active.
Setup
- Connect to a computer: connect the device to a computer with a suitable cable.
- Install the software: download and install the configuration software from the manufacturer's website.
- Configure the device: open the software, select the COM port the tracker is connected to and click "Connect". Set the device parameters to suit your needs.
- Save the settings: when you have finished, save the configuration and disconnect the tracker from the computer.
Use
- Real-time tracking: connect the tracker to a monitoring system over GPRS and track your vehicle's location in real time.
- SMS commands: send commands to the tracker by SMS, for example to request the current coordinates or change settings.

Do I need a plan?
Yes, without a platform the tracker shows nothing. Navi.zone Base is ≈ 446 UAH a year per vehicle, bought in the app via App Store or Google Play, 7 days free. For fuel, CAN and SENT there is Wialon at 195 UAH a month.
How long does installation take?
30–60 minutes per car. The installer hides the tracker and checks the connection with you. Or fit it yourself or at a garage; we ship it preconfigured by Nova Poshta.
Which SIM card do I need?
For Navi.zone Base and Pro, your own SIM from any carrier; we set the tracker up for it. For Navi.zone Business, our SIM cards under contract.
What warranty?
Manufacturer warranty on the tracker and 14-day returns.
