Iridium Edge is an external satellite modem that connects to an FMC125 or FMC650 tracker. When the vehicle leaves cellular coverage, the tracker can send data over the Iridium satellite network (Short Burst Data).
A fit for long-haul trips, machinery in remote areas and high-value cargo where losing contact is not an option. Using Iridium requires a separate satellite service subscription.
